The Brief

In 2015, Chaiiwala approached us to create a unique brand identity for their new Indian street food concept.

Over the past nine years, Chaiiwala has expanded to over 120+ branches, maintaining their distinctive brand identity throughout. We continue to support their growth, evolving the brand while ensuring consistency as they scale. Chaiiwala remains a market leader, recognised for its standout brand, with a loyal customer base, thanks to the strength of the branding foundation we helped establish.

Chaiiwala sought a comprehensive creative and digital partner to amplify their brand presence and support ambitious expansion.
