Health Quarters is a pharmacy in Leicester, offering an extensive range of healthcare services, including travel clinics, weight management, blood testing, sexual health, skin treatments and more. With a strong emphasis on personalised care and convenience, they wanted to provide patients with a seamless way to book and pay for services online.
The brief was clear: create an intuitive website with an integrated appointment booking system that allowed patients to browse available services, choose a suitable time, and pay for their consultation in advance. By capturing payment at the time of booking, Health Quarters aimed to reduce missed appointments, improve operational efficiency and provide a smoother customer journey.
We designed a clean, modern website that reflected Health Quarters’ professional yet approachable brand identity. Navigation was kept simple, enabling users to find services quickly and follow a clear booking journey from service selection through to payment confirmation. The appointment system was built to be robust and user-friendly, with a step-by-step process that guides patients from selecting their service, to choosing a date and time, entering their details, and making payment securely online.
To meet the client’s requirement for payment capture, we integrated a secure payment gateway directly into the booking flow. This ensures that all bookings are confirmed with an upfront payment, which is then deducted from the cost of any treatment or vaccination. The site was developed to be fully responsive, providing a consistent and accessible experience across mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
Since launch, the new website has streamlined the booking process for both patients and staff. Customers benefit from the convenience of being able to arrange and pay for their appointment in one visit, while the pharmacy team can manage schedules more effectively, with fewer missed appointments and reduced administrative workload.
