XRT came to the project as a performance and lifestyle activewear brand with a strong product idea, but it needed a sharper presence across identity, ecommerce and campaign content. The market for activewear is crowded and highly visual, so the brand had to speak clearly to gym-goers, runners, pilates instructors and everyday customers who want clothing that feels technical, stylish and durable. The work needed to connect product confidence with a digital experience that could turn attention into sales. We developed the brand world around movement, endurance and clean performance cues. Typography, colour, image direction and launch materials were shaped to create a more recognisable system, one that could work across product pages, AI-ready content, advertising, packaging moments and wider campaign touchpoints. The ecommerce experience was treated as more than a catalogue. It needed large imagery, integrated video, fast browsing and a structure that made product benefits easy to understand without slowing the customer down. The creative direction also had to support growth beyond launch. Campaign assets, PR thinking, PPC support and AI-ready content were considered together, helping XRT communicate consistently across paid, owned and earned channels. The finished work gave the brand a polished platform for national and international visibility, with a Shopify storefront that feels premium and direct. XRT now has a clearer identity, a stronger product-led visual language and a customer journey designed for discovery, confidence and conversion. The result is a brand presence that feels ready for the pace of the activewear market while staying focused on the people who move in it every day.
